Romantic Bedroom Suite - painted with white chalk paint

Everyone loves using white chalk paint to get that shabby look.  Here's a 1950s romantic bedroom set I just finished for the shop- - starting with the before pics;

The top of the dressing table and chest of drawers have these lovely flowers carved.

And look at these handles - so cute!!

Here's the chest of drawers in the workshop - two two drawers and two lower.  The glass top has been removed.

And here's the chest of drawers.  This bedroom suite is fantastic quality.  I always check that everything is in perfect working order before purchasing, looking for the BEST quality furniture to sell once refurbished.

So first of all, here's the dressing table, painted all over using white chalk paint and then lightly shabbied up and waxed.  Glass top is now back on.  These dressing tables make lovely office desks too - I can just see my Mac sitting on the top...
